NGEN-181

NGEN-181 is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf whole tumor cell vaccine being developed by NEUVOGEN for the treatment of head and neck cancer. The vaccine is constructed from genetically modified tumor cell lines utilizing NEUVOGEN's proprietary activation technology, which is designed to present a broad spectrum of tumor antigens to the immune system. Unlike personalized vaccines that require patient-specific neoantigen identification, NGEN-181 is an allogeneic product designed for immediate use.
