NGEN-241

NGEN-241 is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf therapeutic cancer vaccine candidate being developed by NEUVOGEN for the treatment of prostate cancer. The vaccine is based on NEUVOGEN's proprietary whole tumor cell vaccine platform, which utilizes genetically modified tumor cell lines engineered with activation technology to present a broad spectrum of tumor antigens. Unlike vaccines targeting a single molecular marker, NGEN-241 is designed to prime the patient's immune system against multiple antigens simultaneously to prevent immune escape and enhance the anti-tumor response. As an allogeneic product, it is intended to be an off-the-shelf biologic modality that does not require patient-specific customization.
