NGEN-242

NGEN-242 is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf whole tumor cell vaccine being developed by NEUVOGEN for the treatment of ovarian cancer. It is built upon NEUVOGEN's proprietary next-generation whole tumor cell vaccine (NG-WTCV) platform, which utilizes genetically modified tumor cell lines. These cells are enhanced with a proprietary activation technology designed to present a broad spectrum of tumor-associated antigens to the patient's immune system. Unlike targeted therapies that focus on a single molecular marker, NGEN-242 aims to stimulate a multi-antigen immune response to address the inherent heterogeneity of ovarian tumors and potentially overcome immune evasion mechanisms. The candidate is currently in early-stage development following the company's lead program, NGEN-143.
