NGEN-281

NGEN-281 is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf whole tumor cell vaccine being developed by NEUVOGEN for the treatment of Glioblastoma (GBM). The vaccine is based on NEUVOGEN's proprietary platform, which utilizes genetically modified tumor cell lines enhanced with activation technology to present a broad spectrum of tumor antigens. Unlike traditional vaccines that target a single molecular marker, NGEN-281 is designed to stimulate a polyvalent immune response against multiple antigens simultaneously. This approach aims to overcome the challenges of tumor heterogeneity and immune escape mechanisms frequently observed in aggressive brain cancers like glioblastoma. As an allogeneic product, it is designed to be available as an immediate, off-the-shelf therapeutic option.
