Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NGM708 is an investigational monoclonal antibody developed by NGM Biopharmaceuticals. It is designed as a novel immunotherapy targeting the immune checkpoint receptor ILT3 (also known as LILRB4). The drug acts as an antagonist of ILT3, aiming to reprogram myeloid cells in the tumor microenvironment and enhance anti-tumor immune responses. By blocking ILT3, NGM708 seeks to overcome myeloid-driven immunosuppression that can limit the effectiveness of other cancer immunotherapies. As of mid-2025, it is being evaluated in early-phase clinical trials for advanced solid tumors.
