Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NH02D is a neurologically active small molecule drug developed by NeuroHealing Pharmaceuticals for the 'on-demand' treatment of premature ejaculation (PE). Administered orally, the drug is designed to delay ejaculation during sexual activity. NH02D was originally investigated in 2006 for the rehabilitation of patients with chronic motor and cognitive disabilities following a stroke, but the company subsequently repositioned the compound for specialty urological indications. While clinical testing in healthy volunteers has been reported, the specific active ingredient and its biological targets remain proprietary.
