Overview

NI-2101 is a fully human bispecific IgG antibody that targets both activated coagulation factor IX (FIXa) and factor X (FX). It is being developed for the treatment of hemophilia A. The drug acts as an inhibitor of both FIXa and FX, key enzymes in the blood coagulation cascade. By inhibiting these factors, NI-2101 aims to modulate clotting activity in patients with bleeding disorders such as hemophilia A. The drug was originally developed by Light Chain Bioscience (formerly Novimmune) and has been co-developed with Takeda[1][2][9].
