Overview

NI101B3 is a next-generation bispecific monoclonal antibody currently in preclinical development by Neurimmune for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Developed using Neurimmune's proprietary Reverse Translational Medicine (RTM) technology platform, the drug is specifically engineered to target aggregated amyloid beta (Aβ) protein, a hallmark of Alzheimer's pathology. A key feature of NI101B3 is its bispecific design, which is intended to improve penetration of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) compared to conventional therapeutic antibodies. By enhancing brain uptake and targeting toxic amyloid aggregates, NI101B3 aims to provide more effective clearance of plaques and potentially slow the progression of cognitive decline in patients.
