Overview

NIB101 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by Noile-Immune Biotech. It consists of a patient’s own T lymphocytes genetically modified to express a CAR targeting the tumor-associated antigen GM2 (ganglioside M2), and also engineered to express interleukin-7 (IL-7) and CCL19, which are intended to enhance proliferation and migration of the infused cells. The primary mechanism of action involves immunologic cytotoxicity against GM2-positive tumor cells. NIB101 is being investigated for the treatment of advanced malignant solid neoplasms, particularly in patients with advanced solid tumors expressing GM2 who have failed standard therapies.
