NIDB-3002 is a fully human κλ IgG antibody developed by discoveric bio beta for the treatment of Gram-negative lung infections, including those associated with antimicrobial resistance. The drug acts by interfering with essential Gram-negative outer membrane processes, thereby inhibiting bacterial growth independent of host effector functions. It is currently in the discovery stage and targets infectious diseases, particularly Gram-negative bacterial infections such as *Pseudomonas aeruginosa* and cystic fibrosis-associated infections.
