Nifedipine + losartan is a fixed-dose combination of two antihypertensive agents used to treat high blood pressure. Nifedipine is a calcium channel blocker that inhibits the influx of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle and cardiac muscle, leading to vasodilation and reduced blood pressure.
