Overview

NILK-2401 is a bispecific antibody developed by LamKap Bio beta, utilizing the proprietary κλ body (kappa-lambda body) platform. It targets Carcinoembryonic Antigen-Related Cell Adhesion Molecule 5 (CEACAM5/CEA) and CD47. The drug is designed to provide selective CD47 blockade specifically on CEA-expressing tumor cells, thereby minimizing the sink effect and potential hematological toxicities associated with systemic CD47 inhibition. It features a fully competent IgG1 Fc domain intended to trigger antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) against solid tumors. It is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
