Ningxinbao

Ningxinbao is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) capsule developed and marketed by Sichuan Good Doctor Panxi Pharmaceutical. The active ingredient consists of a dry powder of mycelium obtained through the liquid submerged fermentation of *Cephalosporium sinensis*, a fungus of the ergot family isolated from fresh *Cordyceps*. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of various cardiac conditions, including arrhythmias, atrioventricular block, refractory bradyarrhythmia, and conduction block. The drug works by enhancing sinus rhythm, improving the conduction function of the sinus node and atrioventricular node, and supporting overall heart function. As a traditional Chinese medicine, it lacks a single specified molecular target and is approved for commercial use in China.
