Nisotirotide (LY3841136) is a long-acting, unimolecular triple agonist peptide developed by Eli Lilly & Co. for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity. It simultaneously targets three key metabolic receptors: the glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptor, the glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor, and the glucagon receptor.
