Overview

**NIT 002** is a preclinical, ICOS-Fc-based local therapeutic formulation being developed by NOVAiCOS Immunotherapeutics as a bioactive bone cement for bone metastases and pathological fractures. The product is designed to deliver recombinant ICOS-Fc from an injectable, resorbable cement matrix. ICOS-Fc binds and triggers inducible T-cell co-stimulator ligand signaling, producing anti-osteoclastogenic activity that reduces bone resorption; the broader ICOS-Fc platform has also been described as immunomodulatory and antitumor.
