Overview

NIT 004 is a preclinical therapeutic candidate developed by NOVAiCOS Immunotherapeutics for the treatment of bone metastases. The drug is based on an ICOS-Fc fusion protein technology platform and is delivered using a specialized nanobead delivery system. ICOS (Inducible T-cell costimulator) is a member of the CD28/CTLA-4 family, and its ligand (ICOSL) is expressed on various cells, including those in the bone microenvironment. NIT 004 is designed to modulate the ICOS/ICOSL pathway to address the progression of metastatic disease in the bone microenvironment.
