nitroketazine

Nitroketazine is an investigational small molecule drug being developed by Peking University Third Hospital for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 2, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial (NCT04950647) to assess its safety and efficacy in slowing disease progression. The drug is administered orally in tablet form at doses of 600 mg or 1200 mg.
