This combination therapy consists of two immune checkpoint inhibitors, nivolumab (anti-PD-1) and ipilimumab (anti-CTLA-4), administered alongside the immunosuppressants sirolimus (mTOR inhibitor) and prednisone (glucocorticoid receptor agonist).
