Overview

Nivolumab + relatlimab + rHuPH20 is an investigational subcutaneous fixed-dose immunotherapy formulation developed by Bristol Myers Squibb. It combines nivolumab, a programmed cell death protein 1 blocking monoclonal antibody, with relatlimab, a lymphocyte activation gene 3 blocking monoclonal antibody, plus recombinant human hyaluronidase PH20 to transiently degrade subcutaneous hyaluronan and facilitate dispersion and absorption of the antibody combination. The formulation is being evaluated in melanoma, including the Phase 3 RELATIVITY-127 study in previously untreated unresectable or metastatic melanoma.
