Overview

NJA-301 is an investigational iPS-ɑβ T cell therapy developed by Shinobi Therapeutics. It is engineered with Chimeric Antigen Receptors (CARs) targeting both Interleukin-13 receptor subunit alpha-2 (IL13Rα2) and Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR). The therapy utilizes induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) to generate T cells that are designed to be immune-evasive, allowing them to avoid detection and rejection by the host immune system, and armored with genetic modifications to resist the hostile tumor microenvironment. NJA-301 is being developed for the treatment of glioblastoma.
