Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NK-081 is a preclinical-stage cell therapy being developed by Shanghai NK Cell Technology (also known as NK CellTech or Enkai Cell Technology). It utilizes a bispecific approach, incorporating either bispecific natural killer cell receptors (NKR) or chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) into natural killer (NK) cells (Bi-NKR/CAR+). This engineering is designed to enhance the NK cells' ability to recognize and engage multiple tumor-associated antigens or ligands, thereby mediating more effective tumor cell lysis. The therapy is currently being explored for the treatment of unspecified solid or hematological tumors. As of early 2026, specific molecular targets and technical details remain proprietary and have not been publicly disclosed.
