NK010

NK010 is a novel, non-genetically modified natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed from allogeneic peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of healthy donors. It is designed as an immune cell therapy with broad-spectrum antitumor activity, leveraging the high purity and activation receptor expression of NK cells to target diverse tumor types. Preclinical studies have demonstrated potent tumor-suppressing effects against ovarian cancer, liver cancer, acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and other solid tumors. The FDA has cleared clinical trials for NK010 in ovarian cancer, making it the first non-genetically modified allogeneic PBMC-derived NK cell therapy from China to receive such approval.
