NK042

NK042 is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf cellular therapy derived from healthy donors and enriched with NKR+ natural killer (NK) cells. It is being developed as a cell-based immunotherapy for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, malignant ascites, peritoneal cancer, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and lupus nephritis. The product consists of donor-derived NK cells selected for high expression of activating receptors (NKR+), aiming to enhance anti-tumor and immunomodulatory activity. Clinical studies are ongoing to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, proliferation/persistence in vivo, preliminary efficacy against tumors or autoimmune disease activity, immunogenicity, and effects on the immune system[1][2][3][4][5][7][8].
