Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NK365 is a multivitamin and mineral complex that includes Agaricus blazei powder. Developed by NKmax Co., Ltd., this complex is designed to exert immunomodulatory effects, primarily by stimulating natural killer (NK) cell proliferation and boosting their cytotoxicity. The bioactive constituents, particularly β-glucans from Agaricus blazei, are believed to activate macrophages and NK cells through binding to Dectin-1 and Complement receptor 3 (CR3). It has been investigated in a pilot clinical trial for its potential to enhance postoperative immune recovery in patients undergoing curative resection for non-small-cell lung cancer.
