Overview

NK510 is a base-edited, allogeneic natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Base Therapeutics. It is derived from human peripheral blood and engineered using the AccuBase cytosine base editor to precisely modify key genes in NK cells. This editing enhances the ability of the cells to overcome tumor immune evasion and specifically target and kill cancer cells. The therapy is designed as an off-the-shelf universal product for solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. Preclinical studies have demonstrated strong anti-tumor activity with high specificity and minimal off-target effects. Clinical trials are ongoing for advanced solid tumors including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), osteosarcoma, soft tissue sarcoma, gastric cancer, among others[2][4][5][6][7][8][9].
