Overview

NK510 + PD-L1 inhibitor is a **combination therapy** in which the investigational agent NK510, an engineered natural killer cell product, is administered together with a PD-L1 blocking monoclonal antibody (commonly referred to as a PD-L1 inhibitor). NK510 is designed to enhance innate immune cell-mediated cytotoxicity against cancer cells, while PD-L1 inhibitors work as immune checkpoint inhibitors that block the interaction between programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) and its receptor PD-1 on T cells, thereby promoting antitumor immune responses. Combination of NK cell therapies with PD-1/PD-L1 blockade aims to overcome tumor immune escape and enhance efficacy, particularly for relapsed/refractory natural killer/T-cell lymphoma and certain solid tumors. Specific PD-L1 inhibitors (such as atezolizumab, durvalumab) may be used in such protocols, but the exact agent must be specified in individual studies or treatment plans[4][1].
