Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NK510 + tislelizumab is a combination investigational product consisting of NK510, presumed to be a novel natural killer (NK) cell therapy, and tislelizumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-1 (PD-1). NK510 is developed for its potential to enhance anti-tumor immune response via the cytotoxic activity of NK cells, while tislelizumab blocks PD-1 receptors on immune cells to relieve inhibitory signaling and facilitate anti-cancer immune activity. Tislelizumab is a high-affinity anti-PD-1 antibody developed by BeiGene, widely investigated in cancer types including non-small cell lung cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, and nasopharyngeal carcinoma[[2]][[3]][[6]]. The combination aims to synergize NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity with immune checkpoint inhibition and is being developed for relapsed or refractory natural killer/T-cell lymphoma[[1]].
