Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NKL-001 is a preclinical-stage pharmaceutical drug developed by NKILT Therapeutics. It is an inhibitor of HLA-G (human leukocyte antigen G), a non-classical major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecule implicated in immune evasion by tumors. By inhibiting HLA-G, NKL-001 aims to enhance anti-tumor immune responses, particularly through the activation of natural killer (NK) cells and other components of the immune system. The primary indications under investigation are multiple myeloma and acute myeloid leukemia[2].
