NKp30 antibodies are a class of monoclonal antibodies and multi-specific engagers designed to target the Natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 3 (NKp30/NCR3), an activating receptor primarily expressed on Natural Killer (NK) cells. By binding to NKp30, these agents aim to trigger NK cell activation, secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines like IFN-gamma, and direct cytotoxic activity against tumor cells that express NKp30 ligands such as B7-H6. In oncology, NKp30 antibodies are being developed both as monospecific agonists and as part of multi-specific NK cell engager platforms (e.g., Innate Pharma's ANKET) to bridge NK cells to specific tumor-associated antigens. While early clinical efforts, such as Novo Nordisk's NNC0114-0005, explored this target, current development is largely focused on next-generation multi-specific formats for hematological and solid malignancies.
