Overview

NLS-FF-T is an experimental **transformable nucleopeptide nanoparticle** being studied as an antitumor agent for **bladder cancer**. It is designed to self-assemble under aqueous conditions into **nuclear-targeted nanoparticles** with concealed ATP-binding sites, then interact with **karyopherin subunit alpha 2** on tumor cells and transform into nanofibrous structures on the nuclear surface. This creates an intracellular ATP-sequestration system intended to deplete cellular energy, induce **mitochondriopathy-like damage**, and suppress tumor growth. In the cited preclinical study, NLS-FF-T showed improved in vitro potency versus NLS-T in bladder cancer cell lines and antitumor activity after intravenous administration in T24 xenograft and orthotopic mouse models. No commercial developer, manufacturer, brand name, or clinical-stage development program was identified from the provided evidence.
