Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NM-04 is a radiopharmaceutical candidate originally developed by NanoMab Technology and licensed to Radiopharm Theranostics in 2022. It is a camelid single-domain antibody (sdAb), or nanobody, designed to target Protein Tyrosine Kinase 7 (PTK7), a cell surface biomarker that is highly expressed in various solid tumors, including colorectal and cervical cancers. As a theranostic agent, NM-04 is engineered to be labeled with radioisotopes for both diagnostic imaging and targeted radionuclide therapy. The single-domain antibody format offers advantages such as high specificity, deep tumor penetration, and rapid blood clearance, which helps minimize off-target radiation exposure to healthy tissues.
