Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NM-05 is a radiopharmaceutical comprising a camelid-derived single-domain antibody (sdAb) designed to target Fibroblast Activation Protein (FAP). FAP is a cell-surface glycoprotein significantly overexpressed in cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) within the stroma of most epithelial tumors, while showing low expression in healthy adult tissues. This differential expression makes NM-05 a promising candidate for pan-cancer imaging and therapy. Originally developed by NanoMab Technology, the global intellectual property rights for NM-05 were licensed to Full-Life Technologies for further clinical development.
