Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NM1F (also known as TGI-2) is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets PVRIG (also known as CD112 receptor or CD112R), which is expressed on cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells. By binding to PVRIG, NM1F acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor, potentially enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. It is being developed for the treatment of malignant cancers and is currently in early-phase clinical trials. The drug was developed by TG ImmunoPharma.
