NM6603

NM6603 is an orally bioavailable small molecule drug that targets the retinoid X receptor alpha (RXRA) variant. It acts as a RXRA agonist and is being developed for its potential antineoplastic (anti-cancer) activity, particularly in advanced solid tumors. The drug is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials to assess its safety, maximum tolerated dose, and recommended Phase 2 dose in adult patients with advanced solid tumors.
