NMM is a personalized therapeutic neoantigen multi-epitope DNA vaccine developed by Gu'an Dingtai Haigui Biotechnology. The vaccine platform utilizes a DNA plasmid to encode multiple patient-specific or tumor-specific neoantigens identified through genomic sequencing and bioinformatic analysis. Upon administration, typically via intramuscular injection followed by electroporation to enhance cellular uptake, the plasmid DNA is expressed within host cells, leading to the presentation of neoantigen peptides on MHC molecules. This process is designed to stimulate a robust, targeted T-cell mediated immune response against tumor cells expressing those specific mutations. NMM is currently being investigated in clinical trials for various advanced malignancies, including solid tumors, lymphoma, melanoma, and breast cancer, often in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors to overcome immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment.
