NMS-03592088 is an orally available small molecule inhibitor developed by Nerviano Medical Sciences for the treatment of hematologic malignancies, specifically relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML)[1][2][3][4][5].
