Overview

NNC0113-6860 is a drug candidate developed by Novo Nordisk A/S for the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes. It is one of three study compounds that are similar to an approved antidiabetic medicine, expected to lower blood sugar levels. The drug was investigated in a Phase 1, open-label, candidate selection study to assess its pharmacokinetics after a single intravenous, 14C-labelled microdose in healthy male subjects. It is believed to act as a Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist.
