The compound was evaluated in a Phase 0 clinical trial (NCT03824301), which was a candidate selection study assessing the pharmacokinetics of three different 14C-labelled microdoses in healthy male volunteers. This study aimed to characterize the metabolic breakdown and disposition of the drug using radioactive tracking to inform further clinical development decisions.
