NNV-014

NNV-014 is a discontinued, investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the B-cell surface antigen CD37, which was being developed for hematologic malignancies such as leukemia and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. It was designed by conjugating an anti-CD37 monoclonal antibody to a cytotoxic payload, enabling selective delivery of the toxin to CD37-expressing malignant B cells, thereby inducing cell death while limiting off‑tumor exposure.[1][3][5][9] NNV-014 was co-developed by Nordic Nanovector and Heidelberg Pharma as part of a broader CD37-targeted oncology portfolio but was terminated at an early discovery/preclinical stage as the companies shifted strategic focus to radiopharmaceutical CD37 programs such as Betalutin and Alpha37.[1][5]
