Noah Tech, Corp. is developing a proprietary mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) therapy for the treatment of mild cognitive impairment (MCI). The therapy involves the administration of autologous or allogeneic stem cells via intravenous or targeted delivery routes. It is designed to promote neuroregeneration, enhance neuroplasticity, and repair damaged brain cells to slow the progression of cognitive decline in adults aged 55 and older. This biologic intervention is currently being evaluated in the MCITestCare clinical trial (NCT07214974), a multi-arm study that also investigates the integration of wearable brain-computer interface (BCI) devices and community-based screening to improve cognitive outcomes.
