NOD1i

NOD1i is a first-in-class small molecule inhibitor being developed by Nodus Oncology that targets the DNA replication machinery. The therapeutic strategy involves disrupting DNA replication to induce replication stress, thereby exploiting genomic instability and metabolic vulnerabilities in cancer cells through a synthetic lethality approach. Currently in the discovery phase, the program is intended for the treatment of molecularly-defined cancer populations. While the specific molecular target within the replication machinery has not been publicly disclosed, the program is part of a pipeline focused on DNA damage response (DDR) and replication stress vulnerabilities.
