Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Nogapendekin alfa inbakicept + Ad5 HPV (QUILT-3.100) is an investigational combination immunotherapy developed by ImmunityBio for the treatment of human papillomavirus (HPV)-associated cancers, specifically second-line head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). The regimen consists of nogapendekin alfa inbakicept (N-803), an IL-15 superagonist complex that stimulates NK cells and CD8+ T cells, and an adenovirus type 5 (Ad5)-vectored vaccine designed to induce immune responses against HPV-specific tumor antigens. By combining a potent cytokine stimulator with a targeted viral-vectored vaccine, the therapy aims to enhance the recruitment and activation of tumor-specific T cells to overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment.
