Overview

This is an **investigational combination immunotherapy** consisting of **nogapendekin alfa inbakicept (N-803, an IL-15 receptor agonist biologic), ETBX-071 (a prostate-specific antigen/PSA-targeting vaccine using a non-replicating Ad5 vector), and M-CENK (activated natural killer cells)**. The regimen is being studied primarily in high-risk prostate cancer and aims to enhance antitumor immune responses via: - N-803 stimulating natural killer (NK) and CD8+ memory T cells through IL-15 pathway agonism, - ETBX-071 inducing T-cell responses against PSA-expressing tumor cells, - M-CENK providing allogeneic NK cell cytotoxicity. This multi-modal approach is designed to synergistically enhance adaptive and innate immune-mediated tumor destruction.
