Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of nogapendekin alfa inbakicept (an IL-15 superagonist) and tislelizumab (an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody). Nogapendekin alfa inbakicept (N-803) is a recombinant human IL-15 mutant (N72D) protein complexed with a soluble IL-15 receptor alpha (IL-15Rα) Fc fusion protein, designed to stimulate NK cells and CD8+ T cells. Tislelizumab is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that binds to PD-1, preventing it from interacting with PD-L1 and PD-L2. The combination aims to enhance antitumor immunity by simultaneously blocking the PD-1 checkpoint and providing IL-15-mediated immune stimulation. It is currently in Phase 3 development for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
