Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Noglux is a multi-ingredient dietary supplement developed by Bioksan for metabolic support and glycemic control. It is formulated with a standardized white mulberry (*Morus alba*) leaf extract (Reducose) containing 1-deoxynojirimycin, a competitive alpha-glucosidase inhibitor that slows carbohydrate absorption. The formulation also includes fenugreek (*Trigonella foenum-graecum*) extract (an AMPK activator), inulin, *Lactiplantibacillus plantarum* A7 (probiotic), niacin, chromium, and zinc. Noglux is clinically evaluated for reducing insulin resistance and improving cardiovascular risk profiles in patients with prediabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), obesity, and postprandial reactive hypoglycemia.
