Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Noglux is a multi-ingredient nutraceutical formulation developed by Bioksan Naturalmente Juntos, specifically designed for glycemic control and the management of prediabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity, and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). The formulation contains a synergistic blend of active ingredients: white mulberry (*Morus alba*) leaf extract (standardized as Reducose, containing the alpha-glucosidase inhibitor 1-deoxynojirimycin), fenugreek (*Trigonella foenum-graecum*) extract (an AMPK activator), inulin (a prebiotic soluble fiber), *Lactiplantibacillus plantarum* A7 (a probiotic), niacin (vitamin B3), chromium, and zinc. Noglux acts by slowing carbohydrate digestion and sugar absorption, improving insulin sensitivity, reducing systemic inflammation (C-reactive protein), and mitigating liver fibrosis risk (as measured by FIB-4 scores).
