Noliglutide (HRS-9499) is a long-acting glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine for the treatment of metabolic disorders, including obesity and type 2 diabetes. As a GLP-1 analog, it mimics the action of the endogenous incretin hormone, which enhances glucose-dependent insulin secretion, suppresses glucagon release, and slows gastric emptying.
