Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NOR-101 is a half-life extended bispecific antibody designed to simultaneously target interleukin-13 (IL-13) and interleukin-18 (IL-18). Developed by North Immunology, the drug candidate is engineered to inhibit both type 2 and non-type 2 inflammatory pathways that drive atopic dermatitis and other immune-mediated diseases. By neutralizing the downstream effector cytokine IL-13 and the upstream innate alarmin IL-18, NOR-101 aims to provide deeper and more durable therapeutic responses compared to monospecific IL-13 therapies. Preclinical studies in non-human primates have demonstrated promising bioavailability and an extended half-life of approximately 42 days.
