Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Nourimanba** is a Haitian locally produced, peanut-based ready-to-use therapeutic food used to treat childhood malnutrition, particularly severe acute malnutrition. It is a high-calorie, high-protein paste formulated from peanuts, milk powder, vegetable oil, sugar, and a vitamin and mineral premix; its low water content permits storage without refrigeration and supports outpatient nutritional rehabilitation. The product is made in Haiti for distribution through the Zanmi Lasante and Partners In Health care network, with technical and facility-development support from Abbott.
