Overview

NouvNeu002 is an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived cell therapy being developed by iRegene Therapeutics for the treatment of ischemic stroke. The therapy is designed to repair or replace neural tissue damaged during an ischemic event by delivering specialized cells derived from iPSCs. As of early 2024, the program is in the IND-enabling phase, with the company targeting Investigational New Drug (IND) submissions in both China and the United States during the second half of 2026.
